The day will start with the pick-up from the established meeting-point and transfer to Herculaneum, where your experience will take place. During the cooking class you will learn the local recipes and prepare a 3 course menu with the assistance of an expert chef.
At the end of the experience you will enjoy your hand made dishes and taste a glass of wine, admiring the panorama of Naples.
At the end of the luch, there will be the transfer back to the starting-point.
Monday: Gnocchi alla Sorrentina – Codfish – Shortcrust pastry
Wednesday: Fresella with seafood – Stuffed Calamari – Zeppola di San Giuseppe
Friday: Pizza – Potato Crocchè- Caprese cake

The pick-up service is guaranteed from the established meeting-points in Naples and surrounding cities.
